Description: This is a fun adventure for the entire family, and you can even bring your dog. Enjoy a one hour and fifteen minute trip steam train ride on the historic Redwood Forest Steam Train, through towering trees in the Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park, along the river gorge and through a tunnel. Dogs are allowed on the train and in the large park at the entrance. Restrooms and food are available in the park. An alternate 3 hour route to and from the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk is also available for a higher price. Redwood Forest Steam Train fares are as follows: Adults (13 & up) : $27.00, Children (2 - 12) : $20.00, Under 2 years: Free

After your train ride, enjoy a hike in the nearby Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park.
