Description: This historic center features lush gardens, a creek, and a hiking trail connecting to Mulholland Ridge. From the parking lot, walk down the stairs to the left of the buildings, and admire the creek as you walk over the bridges. Proceed to the left of the building where you will find a trail sign next to a shed. Walk along the other side of the creek and up to the right, through the beautifully landscaped gardens. Cross the parking lot and look for the “Cindy Waxman” trail head sign. Proceed up through the eucalyptus and towards the amphitheatre. You will see a set of stairs with a sliding metal gate. From here, you can walk up the street and you will soon see the entrance to Mulholland Ridge. On your way back down, enter through the gate again and take the trail down to your left, which will end at the entrance to the parking lot. This park has restrooms (open when the buildings are open), garbage cans and plenty of benches and picnic tables along the trails.
