Description:The Benicia Classic Car Show is a must-see event for car enthusiasts and visitors of all ages in Benicia, California. The annual event is huge, featuring hundreds of classic and vintage cars, and it attracts thousands of visitors from all over the Bay Area. The show is free to attend and is located in the charming downtown area of Benicia, making it a perfect day trip destination for visitors with furry friends.
The Benicia Classic Car Show is not just a celebration of cars, but also a community event with local vendors, food trucks, and live music. Visitors can stroll through the streets and admire the beautifully restored cars while enjoying the picturesque waterfront views of the Carquinez Strait. Dogs are welcome to join in on the fun, but please remember to keep them on a leash and bring plenty of water and waste bags. The Benicia Classic Car Show is a fantastic way to spend a day with family and friends, surrounded by classic cars, good food, and great company.
Dogs are not allowed in the food vendor areas, so bring a buddy so you can still grab some food from the food trucks. During our visit, they had BBQ, breakfast burritos, fish and chips, corndogs and baked goods. Most vendors are cash only.
There are plenty of trash cans throughout the event and porta potties near the water. We also noticed a few water bowls for dogs placed throughout the event.
