Description: This picturesque hike will lead you to beautiful swings overlooking Tiburon, Angel Island, the Bay and the Golden Gate Bridge. From the lower entrance, head up the firewood for a short but steep (~5 minute) hike. You will soon see a split in the trail to your left headed towards the eucalyptus trees. A short walk down leads you to a shady area with two currently working swings. A third is obviously broken, but the other two are very sturdy. Let out your inner child and enjoy a swing with an incredible backdrop. From here, you can retrace your steps to the trail split and head back to where you parked or continue uphill. If you head back to where you parked, your entire hike would be about 1/2 a mile round trip. If you continue uphill, you'll find several random trails circling the hillside. At the top you'll be rewarded with beautiful views from the other side of Tiburon, including the Richmond/San Rafael Bridge. See map below for trails.
From the upper entrance, the hike is slightly longer but you'll be rewarded with beautiful views as you head down and to the left of the trailhead. See maps below.
